Everything here was made the old fashioned way, by hand. I had the pot roast, which I highly recommend. I'm usually not a pot roast mashed potatos kind of guy but I'm glad I gave it a try. It was deliciously flavorful. The staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. The meal comes with a scone and honey butter. It was fantastic! I highly recommend you give this historic place a try.

This cafe is a little slice of heaven! We stopped for a quick bite at lunch time, our waitress was so friendly and attentive. I had the "special" which was a homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, and a scone. Everything was delicious and definitely homemade with quality ingredients. Our waitress even noticed my face mask and asked if I was a veteran, which I am and she offered 20% off my meal. Thanks Mom's cafe for a great dining experience and the mom and pop atmosphere.

Really cute and cozy neighborhood dinner. Extremely nice staff and well priced meals. Quality home cooking and nearly every dish comes with a delicious hot scone. Don’t forget to put this honey butter topping on the scone, it’s so good!

Mom's Cafe was built in 1878.  It was first a co-op selling clothes, grain, caskets and a myriad of items.  Around 1926 the building was turned in to Mom's Cafe, and has served people from many parts of the world.

Salina is known for our coal mines.  Semi trucks haul coal to Levan, Utah and all over the state, to power plants, Kennecott Copper, Ely, Las Vegas, and several other areas.  Other industries include salt mining, clay mill, gypsum plant, ranching, farming and oil.

Salina is called the Hub City, linking North, South, East and West.  It's perfect for a home base for trucking and the residual business that it brings. We've served many celebrities passing through on their way to ski resorts and all Utah's National Parks.
