Everything here was made the old fashioned way, by hand. I had the pot roast, which I highly recommend. I'm usually not a pot roast mashed potatos kind of guy but I'm glad I gave it a try. It was deliciously flavorful. The staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. The meal comes with a scone and honey butter. It was fantastic! I highly recommend you give this historic place a try.

Really cute and cozy neighborhood dinner. Extremely nice staff and well priced meals. Quality home cooking and nearly every dish comes with a delicious hot scone. Don’t forget to put this honey butter topping on the scone, it’s so good!

Superb. If you are in this neck of the woods then you must stop and eat the delicious food. The country fried steak is amazing and the "scone" is a unique treasure to the area. The chicken noodle soup is homemade and packed with flavor. Also if you are lucky enough to eat the pot roast you're in for a treat. The coconut cream pie is homemade delight at its finest. Everything was packed with flavor. The service was fast and very kind.

Mom's Cafe was built in 1878.  It was first a co-op selling clothes, grain, caskets and a myriad of items.  Around 1926 the building was turned in to Mom's Cafe, and has served people from many parts of the world.

Salina is known for our coal mines.  Semi trucks haul coal to Levan, Utah and all over the state, to power plants, Kennecott Copper, Ely, Las Vegas, and several other areas.  Other industries include salt mining, clay mill, gypsum plant, ranching, farming and oil.

Salina is called the Hub City, linking North, South, East and West.  It's perfect for a home base for trucking and the residual business that it brings. We've served many celebrities passing through on their way to ski resorts and all Utah's National Parks.
