March 2018 - This cozy little nook is a treasure! We were greeted warmly upon arrival and treated professionally throughout our visit. The food was awesome - delicious, well prepared and plentiful! We love the quaintness and welcoming attitude we found at Mom's and look forward to dropping back by when we get the opportunity! A beautiful experience in a beautiful part of the country! If you like this review, let me know with a thumbs up :)

Mom's Cafe was built in 1878.  It was first a co-op selling clothes, grain, caskets and a myriad of items.  Around 1926 the building was turned in to Mom's Cafe, and has served people from many parts of the world.

Salina is known for our coal mines.  Semi trucks haul coal to Levan, Utah and all over the state, to power plants, Kennecott Copper, Ely, Las Vegas, and several other areas.  Other industries include salt mining, clay mill, gypsum plant, ranching, farming and oil.

Salina is called the Hub City, linking North, South, East and West.  It's perfect for a home base for trucking and the residual business that it brings. We've served many celebrities passing through on their way to ski resorts and all Utah's National Parks.
